Marginalia is a free magazine website template for Framer that helps independent publishers launch an issue-based magazine that reads like print and feels alive on screen. Every issue gets its own cover, colour and editor’s letter. Publish a new issue in the CMS and the whole site follows it.

What makes it different

A real magazine cover: the issue title in large editorial type beside its number in the issue colour, a colour-wipe cover reveal and a live local-time dateline.

Every back issue on show: past covers turn in a 3D ring; hover one and the page is washed in that issue’s colour.

Built for long reading: a sticky margin with an automatic “In this story” table of contents, margin notes and reading progress.

Paper / Ink switch: light and dark, remembered for every visitor.
