THE ADDRESS CLUB is a cinematic Framer template for luxury real estate agencies, private brokers, property developers and boutique rental brands. Quiet, editorial design meets bold, unusual motion.

The home page opens with a scroll-driven text mask: your hero image is seen only through giant letters until visitors zoom right through them into the photo. From there: a split-flap board flipping through addresses and prices, a scroll-reactive city marquee, an image trail that follows the cursor, animated counters, a photo masonry and Instagram-style story cards.

CMS

Properties, Agents, Journal and Moments collections. Add a residence and it appears in every list, the status filter and "More residences", with its own detail page: gallery with lightbox, key facts, description, day/night slider, location map and advisor card.

EASY TO CUSTOMIZE

Every animation is edited in the properties panel: images, text, links and colors, no code needed. Global color styles (with dark values) and text styles restyle the whole site in seconds. A built-in "Read me" page explains where everything lives.
