Shambles

About this template

Shambles is a Framer template for family butchers, delis and farm shops. The demo shop, Hale & Daughters on Corve Street in Ludlow, shows a whole working week across 22 pages: the counter, a page for every cut, deli and hatch, catering, meat boxes, Christmas, farms, classes, recipes, visit, pre-orders and more.

Built on CMS

Nine CMS collections: Cuts, Farms, Recipes, Boxes, Deli, Events, Reviews, FAQ and Site Settings. Add a cut with its price per kilo and it appears on the counter, the home page ticker, its farm page and the recipes that use it. Hours, photos and films live in Settings.

Made for butchers

- A page for every cut with a price estimator (by weight or by number of people)

- Interactive cut chart for beef, pork and lamb

- Filters on the counter: beef, pork, lamb, poultry, game, sausages & bacon

- An "Open now" bar that follows your real opening hours

- Christmas page with an order countdown, turkey size calculator, collection slots and order form

- Delivery zones with a postcode checker, and a town map with pins

- Deli menus for breakfast, lunch and the sandwich hatch

- Classes and suppers with dates, seats left and "Add to calendar"

- Pre-order, catering, freezer and contact forms

Feels alive

A film hero (separate cuts for desktop, tablet and phone), film bands on the home and deli pages, scroll reveals, photo motion and hover cards. It stays fast: films load only after the visitor interacts.

Ready to launch

- Layouts tuned for desktop, tablet and phone, tested from 320 px to 2560 px

- Phone menu that closes on every tap

- SEO title, description and share image on every page, including CMS pages

- British copy and prices in £, easy to swap for your own

Change the name, photos and prices and it's ready for your shop.
