Montage is built for creatives who work in motion. Every layout decision serves a single purpose: getting visitors into your footage as fast as possible. The project list loads with looping video previews on hover, so your work starts playing before anyone clicks a thing.

The template draws its visual language directly from camera UI, from the typography to the layout grid, creating an atmosphere that feels native to the world of film rather than borrowed from it. A signature snap-scroll effect keeps each project locked center stage as visitors move through the archive, so nothing ever feels half-seen or skipped. Dark by default, precise by design.

What makes Montage different?

Hover-to-Play Video Previews: On the project list, each row triggers a looping video preview on hover, giving visitors an immediate taste of your work without leaving the page.

Two Portfolio View Modes: Toggle between a List view and a Grid view for the full project archive, letting visitors browse in whichever format suits them.

Snap Scroll: A signature snap scroll effect anchors each project center stage as visitors browse, ensuring every piece of work gets its full moment before the next one appears.

Camera-Inspired UI: The layout, typography, and design details draw directly from camera interface aesthetics, creating a site that feels like it belongs in the world of film.

Film-First Layout: Full-screen video on individual project pages, with project title, year, and category as the only surrounding text. Nothing competes with the footage.

CMS-Ready Project System: Every project is connected to the CMS with fields for title, year, category, and video, so adding new work takes minutes.

Projects List: A hoverable, video-rich list of all projects with year and category metadata surfaced inline.

Projects Grid: An alternative grid layout for the same archive, accessible via a toggle in the navigation.
