About this template

Ledger Accountants is a website template for small accountancy and bookkeeping practices serving sole traders, landlords and limited companies. It puts fixed fees, deadlines and a free consultation up front.

Services and fees come from the CMS. Monthly packages show as a pricing table with the price, who each is for and what's included. One-off work sits in a ruled price table underneath. Tick "Featured" and a package shows on the home page too.

Three more collections: Team (photo, role, what they look after and a qualification placeholder), Tax dates for the year ahead, and Guides, plain-English articles that each get their own page with previous and next links.

The Free consultation page has a native Framer form: business type, turnover band, services needed as checkboxes, current software, how they'd like to meet and contact details. The submit button has loading, success and error states. The "Open now" badge shows whether the office is open, in UK time.

Pages: Home, Services and fees (with an FAQ), About (with placeholders for your professional body, supervisor and insurer), Guides and tax dates, a guide detail page, Free consultation, Licenses and 404. Every page has its own search title and description, and works on desktop, tablet and phone.

Getting started:

Change the colours in Assets → Colors (all named Ledger/...) and the fonts in Assets → Text Styles.

Put your firm's name, phone number, email and address in the nav, footer and the Free consultation page.

Edit your packages and prices in CMS → Services, and your people in CMS → Team.

Replace every "[your professional body]" and "000000" placeholder with your own registrations.

Open the form on /consultation and choose where submissions go (Form settings → Send to).

Update CMS → Tax dates each year, add your own guides, set your hours on the "Open now" badge and swap the photos.
