About this template
Blogshelf is a calm, clean blog template for writers, small magazines and newsletters. It is built entirely in Framer with no code: every section, effect and product visual is made from normal Framer layers, components and CMS, so you can change all of it in the Framer editor without writing a line of code.
The home page opens with a full-width cover story, then a moving topic ticker, the latest posts, a pinned editor's letter that the next section slides over, stories by topic, a long read, a numbered most-read list, the writers, a newsletter sign-up and an about strip. Post covers grow to full size as you scroll, and cards, chips and portraits have gentle hover effects.
It includes 7 pages: Home, Stories, Post, Topic, About, Newsletter and 404, each with desktop, tablet and phone layouts. The CMS holds Posts (9), Topics (4) and Authors (4). A hidden /how-to-edit page walks you through adding posts and changing colours, fonts, images, the menu and the sign-up form, step by step with screenshots.
Blogshelf is free. The magazine Morrow, its writers and readers in the demo are fictional; photos are licensed from Unsplash.
