The Matter Finder is the heart of it. Visitors describe their situation in plain language ("my landlord won't return my deposit") and get routed to the right practice area, the right solicitor, and a consultation request that already knows why they're getting in touch. Every situation is a CMS entry, so the firm adds new ones as the practice changes.
